Our rights are under attack.
Knowledge is the first line of defense.
Your right to vote
All eligible voters have the right to cast their ballot free of fear or intimidation, and to have that ballot accurately counted.
Trump and Republicans have been attacking voting rights by interfering with the postal service, gerrymandering, and threatening ICE at polling places. But here in Colorado and Boulder County, our state and local officials are well prepared to stop these attacks. Learn how you can ensure your ballot gets counted at the All About Voting page in this guide.
For more information, see the County Clerk’s Know Your Voting Rights page.
Help protect our communities
Trump is targeting all of us with ICE, but immigrant communities are especially vulnerable. The BCDP Outreach and Inclusion Team is leading a volunteer effort to distribute Know Your Rights (KYR) information throughout the community in Boulder County and beyond. This effort has been driven by individuals who feel strong about partnering with community members that are being especially targeted by the Federal Government’s unconstitutional actions.
